In 1974, we opened this Gilbert & Sullivan musical at Crystal Lake Community High School (CLCHS) just before my 16th birthday.  I played Josephine, the ingenue.  In the cast: Ray Frewen, Myra (Williams) McWethy, Tom Amandes, Paul Amandes, Dan Floeter, John Floeter.  Directed by Paul Beringer.   John Floeter, and Tom and Paul Amandes would later be in Jamie’s band Jamie O’Reilly & the Rogues, and sing A British Tar, a ditty from the show.
