Jamie’s Roots in the Grdens Series

Singer and Storyteller Jamie O’Reilly brings her Roots in the Garden Series to Tre Kronor Swedish Bistro Garden.  John Erickson accompanies on piano.  Performing folk songs, old world ballads, and Jamie’s signature pieces by Michael Smith, celebrating Mid Summer.  Scandinavian specialty appetizers and desserts will be available.  BYOB. (Requested patrons be vaccinated).  Reservations and ticket purchase required in advance for this concert.

Jamie first fell in love with the music and culture of Sweden when she was the featured singer for Memories of Sweden, an original ballet by Judith Svalander, at the Woodstock Opera House in the ’90s.  This concert will include her rendition of the beautiful “So Skimrande Var Aldrig Havet,” by Evert Taube.
